Batani Ajwain Soup

Ingredients:

1.Green peas boiled and grinded into paste 1/2 cup
2.Vaamu 1 tbsp (Carom seeds)
3.Garlic sliced finely 1/2 tbsp
4.Bay leaf 1
5.Salt to taste
6.Pepper powder n1/2 tbsp
7.Butter 1 tbsp
8.Fresh cream
9.Corn flour 1 tbsp

Preparation:

1.Take a pan add butter,melt it.
2.Add bay leaf,garlic cloves chopped,vaamu,green peas paste and add water bring it to boil.
3.Add salt,pepper powder and give it a mix.
4.After boiling filter the soup into another pan.
5.Take small bowl add corn flour,water.Prepare a thick paste.Add this mixture to the boiling content without forming any lumps.
6.Bring it to boil until it attains thick consistency.Serve into a soup bowl
