Kothimeera Oats Cutlet


1.Coriander leaves 1 cup
2.Oats 1/2 cup
3.Carrot grated 1/2 cup
4.Potatoes boiled and peeled 2
5.Green peas boiled and mashed 1/2 cup
6.Onion chopped 1
7.Green chilli paste 1 tbsp
8.Peni Ravv 1/2 cup
9.Cumin powder 1/2 tbsp
10.Salt to taste
11.Oil 4 tbsp


1.Take a bowl add coriander leaves,potatoes mashed,carrot grated,onions,green peas,oats 1/2 cup,green chillies,cumin powder,salt and mix well evenly.
2.Prepare small round dumplings,grease little amount of oil on plastic cover for pressing into small size tikkis.Coat the tikkis in peni ravva.
3.Heat a pan pour some oil for shallow frying the tikkis,place tikkis in pan shallow fry till golden brown colour.Serve hot..!!!
