Chikkudukaya Kebabs

Ingredients:


1.Chikkudukayalu
2.Bread slices
3.Corn flour
4.Red chillies
5.Cinnamon stick
6.Cloves
7.Onions
8.Pudina
9.Ginger garlic paste
10.Tomato sauce
11.Chilli sauce
12.Paneer
13.Oil

Preparation:

1.Finely chop chikkudukaya and half boil in water and keep aside in a separate bowl.
2.Add onions,crumbled paneer,bread slices,chilli sauce,ginger garlic paste,pudina paste,garam masala powder (cinnamon,cloves,red chillies) salt and mix well all the ingredients with some water as required.
3.Now stick the dough mixture to ice cream sticks and keep aside,repeat the same process for other kebabs.
4.Dissolve 2 tbsp corn flour in water and sip kebabs and shallow fry on non stick tawa,keep turning the kebabs in between and fry evenly.
5.Drizzle some oil,once done serve hot with ketchup.
