1.Maida 1 cup
2.Dry fruits 50 gms
3.Paneer 1/2 cup
4.Cardamom powder a pinch
5.Dalda 1 tbsp
6.Oil for deep frying
7.Honey 1/4 cup
8.Vaamu a pinch


1.Take a bowl add maida,vaamu (carom seeds) and mix well.Take a pan add dalda,melt it.Add dalda in maida mixture and mix well.
2.Add some water and prepare a soft dough.
3.Take a pan pour oil for deep frying,heat it.
4.Take a small bowl add grated paneer,dry fruits finely chopped,cardamom powder and mix well.
5.Now roll the dough into oval shape and cut in the middle.Here we have 2 semi oval shapes.
6.Now bring the edges together and fill the dry fruits stuff in it and pinch tightly together.Repeat the same process.
7.Deep fry the samosa till golden colour and transfer into a plate,garnish with honey and serve hot..!!!
