Egg Keema Koftha

Ingredients:

1.Eggs
2.Mutto keema (Grind in mixer grinder into paste)
3.Salt to taste
4.Red chilli powder
5.Turmeric powder
6.Green chillies
7.Coriander leaves
8.Ginger garlic paste
9.Besan flour
10.Corn flour
11.Garam masala powder
12.Coriander powder
13.Oil
14.Lemon juice

Preparation:


1.Take a bowl add keema,red chilli powder,salt,besan flour,corn flour,coriander powder,garam masala powder,green chillies chopped,coriander,ginger garlic paste and mix well all the ingredients.
2.Now take boiled eggs and pat keema mixture all over egg,cover all the sides of egg and keep aside.
3.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying,Meanwhile break 1 egg in a bowl.Dip the balls in egg mixture and drop them in hot oil and deep fry on low flame.
4.Once done transfer into a plate and cut into 2 halves,serve hot.
