1.Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
2.Rice flour 1 cup
3.Salt to taste
4.Red chilli powder
5.Oil for deep frying
7.Moong dal paste 1 cup soaked and grinded
8.Urad dal paste 1 cup soake and grinded


1.Take a pan pour oil for deep frying,heat it.
2.Take a bowl add moong dal paste,urad dal paste,rice flour,vaamu,cumin seeds,salt,red chilli powder mix well all the ingredients evenly.
3.Take a sev maker,pour some of the mixture into it and close it.
4.Once the oil is hot, rotate the sev-maker and in a circular motion pour carefully into the oil.
5.Fry till golden colour and crisp.
6.Drain excess oil on paper napkin and serve..!!!
