Paneer Biryani

Ingredients:

1.Basmati rice 1 cup
2.Paneer cut into cubes 1 cup
3.Curd 1/2 cup
4.Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
5.Whole garam masala
6.Bay leaf 1
7.Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
8.Green chillies 3
9.Fried onions 1/2 cup
10.Salt to taste
11.Red chilli powder
12.Turmeric powder a pinch
13.Lemon juice 1 tbsp
14.Pudina leaves chopped
15.Ghee 1 tbsp
16.Oil 1 tbsp
17.Fried cashew nuts

Preparation:

1.Take a bowl add curd,garam masala powder,ginger garlic paste,green chillies,fried onions,red chilli powder,salt,turmeric powder,lemon juice,pudina leaves,paneer cubes mix well all the ingredients evenly.
2.Rest the mixture for few minutes.
3.Now take a pan pour some water,add whole garam masala,by leaf,pudina leaves,salt,soaked basmati rice and bring it to boil.
4.Cover and cook till rice is done.
5.Transfer the marinated panner into a bowl.
6.Drain the water from the semi cooked rice and tranfer it onto paneer mixture.Form a rice layer on top of panner.
7.Pour some ghee on top,fried cashews,fried onions lit the stove.
8.Cook for about 7 minutes.Open the lid and turn the rice gently.
9.Mix well evenly,off the stove.Transfer into a plate and serve hot..!!
