Kandipappu Menthi Charu

Ingredients:

1.Toor dal 1 cup boiled
2.Fenugreek seeds 2 tbsp
3.Tamarind pulp
4.Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
5.Mustard seeds 1/2 tbsp
6.Dry red chillies 2
7.Green chillies 2
8.Tomato chopped 1
9.Curry leaves
10.Red chilli powder
11.Salt to taste
12.Turmeric powder a pinch
13.Coriander leaves
14.Oil 2 tbsp

Preparation:

1.Firstly cook toor dal,fenugreek seeds,turmeric powder.(1 cup toor dal,1 tbsp fenugreek seeds)
2.Take a pan pour some oil,add dry red chillies,mustard seeds,cumin seeds,green chillies,curry leaves and saute.
3.Add tamarind pulp,salt,red chilli powder and bring it to boil.
4.Add boiled and cooked toor dal,tomatoes chopped and mix well,add some water as we needed.
5.Cover and cook for few minutes.Transfer into a bowl,garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot..!!!
