Gulab Jam(Potato)

Ingredients:

1.Potatoes boiled
2.Maida
3.Sugar
4.Kova
5.Dry coconut powder
6.Oil for deep frying

Preparation:

1.Take a bowl add kova,maida,potatoes boiled and mashed and mix well by adding little amount of water.
2.Take another bowl add 2 cups water,2 cups sugar and prepare sugar syrup.
3.Rest the dough for an hour.
4.Apply some ghee on your palms and roll them into small size balls.
5.Take a pan pour oil for deep frying,add jamoons and deep fry till golden colour.
6.Transfer the fried jamoons into sugar syrup and rest aside for 5 minutes.Garnish with coconut powder and serve.
