2.Spring onions
3.Green chillies
4.Coriander leaves
5.Salt to taste
6.Rice flour


a deep bowl add rice flour,boiled chikkudukayalu,green chilli
paste,coriander leaves,spring onions,salt and hot water as required and
mix well till it attains dough consistency.
2.Grese idly plates with
some oil and place the dough mixture byb flattening it like small
chapathis,repeat the same process for others.
3.Cook for 10 minutes on medium flame till kudumulu are completely cooked.
