1.Aratikaya boiled
2.Pudina leaves
3.Ginger green chilly paste
4.Salt to taste
5.Red chilly powder
6.Onion chopped
7.Besan flour
8.Turmeric powder
9.Curry leaves
10.Tempering seeds
11.Rice flour
12.Cooking soda
13.Coriander leaves
14.Oil for deep frying


1.Take a pan pour some oil,heat it.
2.Add tempering seeds,onion chopped,curry leaves and fry for few minutes.
3.Add coriander leaves,pudina.Cover and cook till its done.
4.Add turmeric powder,ginger green chilly paste,mashed aratikaya mix well evenly.Keep stirring.
5.Add salt,red chilli powder and saute.Transfer the mixture into a bowl.Rest the mixture to cool.
6.Take a bowl add besan flour,rice flour,cooking soda,salt,red chilli powdera nd mix well by adding water.Prepare a thick batter.
7.Prepare aratikaya mixture into round balls and dip them in batter,slowly drop them in hot oil and deep fry.Repeat the same process for other balls.
8.Deep fry till light golden brown by turning on sides.
9.Transfer into a paper napkin and serve hot..!!!
