Carrot Kaaju Payasam

Ingredients:

1.Carrot
2.Cashew nuts
3.Badam
4.Kismis (Raisins)
5.Sugar
6.Ghee

Preparation:

1.Take a bowl add milk and bring it to boil.
2.Take a pan pour some ghee,melt it.Fry cashew nuts,badam till golden and kismis.
3.Add ghee and fry grated carrot till light golden.
4.Add boiled milk to the fried carrot and bring it to bowl.
5.Add sugar and mix well,add cashew nuts paste and keep stirring till it attains thick consistency.Transfer into a bowl and garnish with dry fruits.
