Ingredients:

1.Milk
2.Sugar
3.Maida
4.Bombay ravva
5.Wheat flour
6.Cooking soda
7.Cashew nuts
8.Badam
9.Cardamoms
10.Oil for deep frying

Preparation:

1.Take a bowl add 1 cup maida,1 cup wheat flour,1 cup bombay ravva,sugar powder,cashew nut powder,cardamom powder,badam powder,cooking soda,mix well by adding boiled milk and prepare a thick batter.
2.Take a pan pour sufficient oil for deep frying,heat it.
3.Now scoop in some batter in a spoon,slowly drop them into hot oil and deep fry.Repeat the same process.
4.Deep fry till light golden brown by turning on.
5.Transfer into a plate and serve hot..!!!
