Chukka Koora Vadiyala Pulusu

Ingredients:

1.Chukkakoora
2.Budidha Gummadikaya Vadiyalu
3.Jaggery
4.Tomatoes chopped
5.Tempering seeds
6.Green chillies chopped
7.Curry leaves
8.Salt to taste
9.Red chilli powder
10.Turmeric powder
11.Rice flour
12.Onion chopped
13.Tamarind pulp
14.Oil

Preparation:

1.Take a pan pour some oil,heat it.
2.Add tempering seeds,curry leaves,green chillies and saute.
3.Add onions chopped,tomatoes chopped and mix well.
4.Cover and cook for 1 minute.
5.Add gummadi vadiyalu and mix well,add chukkakoora leaves and saute.
6.Cover and cook for another few minutes,add tamarind pulp as we needed give it a mix.Cover and cook for 1-2 minutes.
7.Add salt,red chilli powder and give it a good mix.
8.Add grated jaggery and mix well and transfer into a plate.Serve hot..!!
