Moghalai Egg Poha

Ingredients:

1.Eggs boiled
2.Murumuralu (Puffed rice)
3.Green chillies chopped
4.Onion chopped
5.Tomatoes chopped
6.Lemon juice
7.Pudina leaves
8.Ginger coriander paste
9.Coriander leaves
10.Garam masala powder
11.Turmeric powder
12.Red chilli powder
13.Salt to taste
14.Oil

Preparation:

1.Soak the murmuralu in water and drain them.Keep aside.
2.Take a pan pour some oil add onion chopped saute till golden colour.
3.Add ginger coriander paste,green chillies,tomatoes chopped and mix well.
4.Cover and cook till tomatoes are soft and pulpy.
5.Add garam masala powder,turmeric powder,salt,little amount of red chilli powder,coriander leaves,pudina leaves and mix well.
6.Add boiled eggs cut into pieces and saute.Add lemon juice and give it a good mix.
7.Finally add murumuralu and give it a final mix.Serve hot..!!
