Jeera Kofta Curry

Ingredients:

1.Cumin powder
2.Besan flour
3.Garam masala powder
4.Sorakaya grated
5.Coriander powder
6.Coriander leaves
7.Salt to taste
8.Red chilli powder
9.Turmeric powder
10.Tomato puree
11.Onions
12.Oil for deep frying

Preparation:

1.Take a bowl add sorakaya grated(remove excess water),besan flour,garam masala powder,coriander powder,cumin powder,salt,red chilli powder and mix well all the ingredients evenly.
2.Prepare round balls and keep aside.
3.Take a pan pour sufficient oil for deep frying,heat it.
4.Add prepared kofthas and deep fry till golden brown.
5.Transfer the balls into a plate and keep aside.
6.Now take another pan pour some oil and heat it.
7.Add onion paste and saute till golden brown.
8.Add tomato puree and cook till its done.Add water,turmeric powder,garam masala powder,red chilli powder,salt,cumin powder,coriander powder,fried kofthas and mix well.
9.Cook for about 5 minutes on medium flame and add coriander leaves.Finally transfer into a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot..!!
