Ingredients:

1.Panasa pikkalu cooked in pressure pan for 2 whistles
2.Rice flour
3.Besan flour
4.Cooking soda
5.Salt to taste
6.Red chilli powder
7.Vaamu
8.Oil for deep frying
9.Tomato sauce

Preparation:

1.Take a bowl add besan flour,rice flour,red chilli powder,salt,cooking soda,oil(heat 2-3 tbsp) and mix well with water into a thick batter.
2.Take a pan pour sufficient oil for deep frying,heat it.
3.Now dip the panasa pikkalu in batter and gently drop them in hot oil and deep fry till golden brown colour.Serve hot..with tomato sauce
