1.Besan flour
2.Raagi flour
3.Rice flour
4.Corn flour
5.Onion chopped
6.Salt to taste
7.Red chilli powder
8.Coriander leaves
9.Curry leaves
10.Oil for deep frying
11.Ginger garlic paste
12.Coriander powder
13.Green chillies


1.Take a bowl add above said all flours,salt,onions chopped,green chillies,red chilli powder,coriander powder,coriander leaves,curry leaves,ginger garlic paste,oil (heat 2 tbsp) mix well by adding water as we needed.(pakodi battere)
2.Take a pan pour sufficient oil for deep frying,heat it.
3.Now slowly drop the mixture into hot oil like pakodas and deep fry it by turning on both the sides.
4.Fry till pakodas change into brown colour and transfer into a plate,serve hot.
