Paneer Pappu Charu

Ingredients:

1.Paneer
2.Tomatoes
3.Maida
4.Asofetida
5.Toor dal (Roast in ghee and powder it)
6.Moong dal "
7.Chana dal "
8.Garam masala powder
9.Salt to taste
10.Turmeric powder
11.Tempering seeds
12.Onions
13.Ginger garlic paste
14.Red chilli powder
15.Tamarind
16.Curry leaves
17.Coriander leaves
18.Pudina
19.Oil

Preparation:

1.Take a pan pour sufficient oil for deep frying,heat it.
2.Take a bowl add paneer cubes,red chilli powder,salt,garam masala powder,ginger garlic paste and mix well by adding water,prepare like pakodi batter.
2.Now deep fry the paneer till golden brown.Transfer into a bowl.
3.Take a pan pour some oil,add tempering seeds,dry red chillies,asofetida,ginger garlic paste,onions chopped and saute till golden.
4.Add tomatoes chopped and mix well,cover and cook till done.
5.Take a bowl add all the pulses mixture and mix well by adding water without forming any lumps.Add this mixture to the fried mixture and mix it well.Add some water as we needed.
6.Add tamarind pulp,salt,turmeric powder,garam masala powder,red chilli powder and bring it to boil.
7.Finally add fried paneer,cover and cook for 2 minutes.Transfer into a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
