Mushroom Cream Soup

Ingredients:


1.Mushrooms
2.Milk
3.Cream
4.Maida
5.Tasting salt
6.Salt
7.Pepper powder

Preparation:


1.Boil some water in a pan,add chopped mushrooms,salt and bring it to boil for few minutes.
2.Melt some butter in a pan,add maida and saute for few minutes on medium heat.
3.Now add milk to the frying pan,mix well the mixture without any lumps.
4.Add pepper powder,salt,tasting salt and give it a good mix.Finally add boiled mushrooms to the white soup and mix well.Cook for few minutes and transfer into a soup bowl.Garnish with fresh cream and serve hot.
