Saggu Biyyam Roti

Ingredients:

1.Saggubiyyam (Sagoo)
2.Peanuts
3.Green chillies
4.Onion chopped
5.Potatoes
6.Coriander leaves
7.Salt to taste
8.Carrot
9.Oil

Preparation:

1.Take a bowl add soaked saggo,roasted peanut powder,green chillies,coriander leaves,salt mix well and prepare a dough.
2.Take a pan (tawa) add 1 tbsp oil and spread all over.
3.Take small portion of dough in your palms and place it on a plastic cover,prepare chapathi by pressing gently.
4.Place the chapathi on hot tawa and cook till its done by drizzling oil and serve hot.!!!
