Soya Chana Bhatura

Ingredients:

1.Soya granules
2.Sev
3.Carrot
4.Kabuli chana
5.Green peas
6.Onions chopped
7.Tomatoes
8.Pudina
9.Coriander leaves
10.Potatoes
11.Ginger
12.Honey
13.Coriander seeds
14.Cumin powder
15.Salt to taste
16.Red chilli powder
17.Soya powder
18.Tamarind
19.Green chillies
20.Ghee
21.Oil

Preparation:

1.Take a pan pour some oil,heat it.
2.Add chopped onions,ginger garlic paste,green chilly paste,pudina,tomatoes and saute.
3.Add soya granules boiled and mix well,cook for few minutes.
4.Add grated carrot,kabuli chana,green peas boiled and mashed.Mix well evenly.
5.Add coriander leaves,tamarind pulp,water give it a mix.
6.Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
7.Add turmeric powder,salt,potatoes and give it a mix.Add cumin,coriander powder give it a good mix.Add red chilli powder and give it a mix.Keep aside.
8.Take a bowl add boiled potatoes,salt,coriander leaves,soya flour mix well and prepare a soft dough.
9.Divide the dough into small equal portions and dust with soya flour,roll them into puris.
10Take a tawa add some ghee and spread evenly,flip on both the sides and cook.
11.Now spread the bhatura on puris,sprinkle some sev and onions chopped,ginger (soaked in honey).Serve..!!
