Ingredients:

1.Cucumber
2.Soya beans
3.Maida
4.Rice flour
5.Spring onions
6.Chana dal
7.Coriander
8.Spinach
9.Pudina
10.Green chillies
11.Ginger and garlic
12.Salt to taste
13.Oil for deep frying
14.Cumin seeds
15.Onions

Preparation:

1.Soak soya beans for 8 hours,chana dal and blend into a coarse paste.
2.Combine both the mixtures into a deep bowl.Now add salt,cucumber grated,maida,rice flour,onions,coriander leaves,spinach,pudina,spring onions,ginger garlic green chilli paste (cumin seeds along with).
3.Mix well all the ingredients evenly.
4.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.Prepare small vadas with mixture and drop them in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden colour and crisp.Serve hot.
