Sajja Kudumulu

Ingredients:

1.Sajja pindi (Bajra flour)
2.Coconut grated
3.Jaggery grated
4.Ghee

Preparation:

1.Take a bowl add grated jaggery,cold water and mix well till jaggery melts.Grind it into smooth paste without any lumps.
2.Add 1 cup bajra flour,coconut grated,ghee and mix well evenly.
3.Now take small portion of mixture in your palms and prepare round thin layer (kudumu).
4.Place the prepared kudumulu in idly pressure pan with water and steam for 10-15 minutes till done.Serve hot with mudda pappu.
