Carrot Purnalu

Ingredients:

1.Rice and Urad dal Batter
2.Carrot grated
3.Jaggery grated
4.Oil
5.Ghee
6.Cardamom powder

Preparation:


1.Take a pan add some ghee fry grated carrot for few minutes.
2.Add grated jaggery in carrot mixture and mix well till jaggery melts.
3.Transfer the mixture into a plate.Rest it to cool.
4.On another stove take a pan pour sufficient oil for deep frying,heat it.
5.Prepare round balls with carrot mixture and dip them in rice batter,gently drop them in hot oil and deep fry till golden colour.
6.Transfer into a paper napkin and serve hot..!!!
