1.Aratikaya grated
2.Corn flour
3.Rice flour
4.Onion chopped
5.Salt to taste
6.Tomato puree
8.Ginger garlic paste
9.Sesame seeds
10.Turmeric powder
11.Red chilli powder
13.Garam masala powder
15.Tamarind pulp
16.Onion paste


1.Take a bowl add aratikaya grated,onions chopped,rice flour,corn flour,salt,coriander leaves and mix well evenly by adding little amount of water.Prepare a dough.
2.Take small portion of mixture in your palms and deep fry in hot oil.Prepare vadas.Keep aside.
3.Take a pan pour some oil,heat it.Add tempering seeds,ginger garlic paste,onion paste,tomato puree,turmeric powder,cashew nuts and saute for few minutes.
4.Peanuts paste(cashew nuts,gasagasalu,peanuts,sesame seeds) add this to the fried mixture and mix well.
5.Add red chilli powder,salt,garam masala powder,tamarind pulp,curd and mix well.
6.Add fried vadas into the mixture and cook for 2 minutes on medium flame.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot..!!
