Usirikaya Fried Rice

Ingredients:

1.Usirikaya (Goose berry)
2.Cardamom powder
3.Ginger garlic paste
4.Green chillies
5.Garam masala powder
6.Cashew nuts
7.Ghee
8.Carrot
9.Salt to taste
10.Coriander leaves
11.Pudina
12.Whole garam masala
13.Basmati rice

Preparation:

1.Take a pan add 2 tbsp ghee,melt it.
2.Add whole garam masala,cashew nuts,usirikaya pieces,carrot,green chillies and fry for 2 minutes by adding pinch of salt.
3.Add ginger garlic paste and saute,add cooked basmati rice and give it a mix.
4.Add salt,garam masala powder give it a mix and cook on medium flame,garnish with coriander,pudina leaves and serve hot..!!
