Chinthakaya Chitti Chepalu

Ingredients:

1.Chitti chepalu
2.Chinthakayalu
3.Salt to taste
4.Red chilli powder
5.Turmeric powder
6.Coriander powder
7.Cumin powder
8.Ginger garlic paste
9.Oil
10.Curry leaves
11.Onion paste(Onions,green chillies,chinthakayalu)
12.Coriander leaves

Preparation:

1.Marinade: Take a bowl add salt,turmeric powder,red chilli powder and mix with fishes.
2.Take a pan pour some oil,heat it.Add marinated fish and mix well.
3.Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes on medium flame
4.Add onion paste and spread evenly on top,cover and cook for another 2 minutes.
5.Add salt,curry leaves,red chilli powder,ginger garlic paste,coriander powder,cumin powder and give it a mix gently.
6.Cover and cook for 5 more minutes.Transfer into a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.
