Bangaru Theega Chepa Pulusu

Ingredients:

1.Fish
2.Garlic
3.Coconut grated
4.Oil
5.Red chilli powder
6.Onions
7.Cloves
8.Salt to taste
9.Tomatoes
10.Cinnamon stick
11.Turmeric powder
12.Coriander seeds
13.Green chillies
14.Coriander leaves
15.Ginger
16.Tamarind

Preparation:

1.Heat some oil in a pan,add cloves,cinnamon,onions and saute till nice golden colour.
2.Add tomatoes and stir fry,add green chillies and mix well.
3.Meanwhile marinate fish pieces with red chilli powder,salt,turmeric powder and mix well.
4.Add
ground masala paste (ginger,garlic,coriander,cloves,cinnamon,coconut)
to the frying pan,marinated fish pieces and stir well.
5.Add tamarind
juice to marinated fish pieces,finally add this mixture to the frying
pan,cover and cook for few minutes.Drizzle some oil on top of pan.Cook
till done and serve hot.
