13.Ginger green chilly paste


1.Take a bowl add 1 cup godhuma rava.cooking soda,salt,coriander leaves,carrot grated,green chillies 2 tbsp,cumin seeds and mix well by adding curd.Rest the mixture for about 2 hours.
2.Take a bowl add sufficient oil for deep frying,heat it.
3.Add ginger green chilly paste,carrot grated,coriander leaves to curd mixture.
4.Take another pan pour some oil,heat it.Add dry red chillies,cumin seeds,mustard seeds,curry leaves and saute.Add this to curd mixture and give it a mix.
5.Take small amount of mixture in your palms and prepare vadas.Gently drop them in hot oil and deep fry.Drain the excess oil and dip them in cold water.Transfer the vadas into curd mixture and rest the mixture for about 1/2 hour.Serve cold..!!!
