Gobi Paneer Parata

Ingredients:

1.Cauliflower
2.Wheat flour
3.Carrot
4.Cabbage
5.Onions
6.Capsicum
7.Black pepper powder
8.Mustard seeds
9.Paneer
10.Cheese
11.Green chillies
12.Tomato sauce
13.Salt to taste
14.Oil

Preparation:


1.Heat some oil in a pan,add mustard seeds,onions and saute till translucent.
2.Add cabbage,carrot,capsicum,cauliflower boiled,green chillies,salt and stir fry.
3.Cover and cook for 5 min,add crumbled panner,black pepper powder and mix well.Set aside the mixture to cool down,now add cheese and stir well.
4.Prepare a smooth dough with wheat flour by adding some salt,rest aside the dough for 1 hour.
5.Divide the dough into equal parts and roll,stuff the paneer mixture in center and wrap around the edges.
6.Finally roll into a thin paratha and place it on hot tawa,cook on both sides by drizzling some oil.Cook till done and serve hot.
