3.Ginger garlic paste
4.Red chilli powder
5.Garam masala powder
6.Salt to taste
9.Cashew nuts crushed
1.Take a bowl add boiled keema,onion chopped,ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder,garam masala powder,paneer grated,cashew nuts crushed,coriander powder,salt.Mix well all the ingredients evenly.
2.Take small amount of mixture in your palms and prepare small flat thin layered kabab.
3.Heat a non stick tawa,drizzle some ghee and spread evenly all over.Now place the kababs on tawa and cook both the sides.
4.Cook for 5 minutes till they change in golden colour.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot..!!!
