Paneer Makhan Kurma
4.Red chilli powder
5.Garam masala powder
7.Salt ot taste
10.Lotus seeds (Phool makhani)
1.Take a pan add some butter,melt it.
2.Add tomato paste,red chilli powder,garam masala powder cook for few minutes.
3.Take another pan add butter and melt it.
4.Fry panner,green peas,phool makhani and keep aside.
5.Add kova to the tomnato mixture and give it a mix.
6.Add green peas,fried phool makhani,paneer to the tomato paste and give it a good mix.
7.Finally add kasoori methi,salt and mix well.Transfer into a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot with naan or chapathi.!!!!
