1.Grind roasted peanuts,sugar into a smooth powder.(Both equal quantities)
2.Add some water into the powder and prepare a dough for stuffing.
3.Prepare smooth dough with wheat flour and keep aside.
4.Take a plastic cover and greas some ghee all over evely.Take small mixture of dough in your palms and prepare small chapathi,stuff the peanuts mixture in it and enclose it gently without any cracks.
5.Pinch the edges hardly,add place it on a plastic cover and start pressing slowly and prepare a chapathi size.
6.Heat a pan drizzle some oil on it evenly and cook the sweet poli by flipping on both the sides till done.Serve hot..!!!
