1.Urad dal soaked and grinded roughly
4.Oil for deep frying
1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Take another pan and add some water,sugar.Prepare sugar syrup till it attains thick consisitency.
3.Take grinded urad dal and prepare round balls by applying oil on your palms.
4.Slowly drop the balls in hot oil and deep fry till golden colour.
5.Add some cardamom powder to sugar syrup for flavor.
6.Transfer the balls into sugar syrup and rest them for about 1/2 hour.Serve cold..!!
