Chepa Kobbari Paala Pulusu

Ingredients:


1.Fish
2.Coconut grated
3.Ginger
4.Garlic
5.Coriander leaves
6.Mustard seeds
7.Salt to taste
8.Red chilli powder
9.Turmeric powder
10.Onions
11.Oil

Preparation:

1.Heat some oil in a pan,add fish pieces and fry on both sides for few minutes.
2.In
the same add some more oil,add onions and saute,add masala paste
(cumin,garlic,coriander,mustard seeds,ginger) and mix well.
3.Add turmeric,red chilli powder and give it a mix.Saute till raw smell goes off.
4.Now
add fried fish pieces and give it a gentle mix.Add coconut
milk,coriander leaves,salt and mix gently.Cover and cook for few minutes
till fish pieces are tender.
5.Add tamarind pieces,some water as required and boil for another few minutes.Cover and cook.
6.Once done transfer into a bowl and serve hot.
