Phool Makhani Gongura


1.Phool makhani
2.Onion chopped
3.Salt to taste
4.Coriander powder
5.Gongura paste
6.Red chilli powder
8.Turmeric powder
9.Ginger garlic paste
10.Green chillies
11.Gongura chopped


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Add onions chopped,green chillies,salt and saute for a minute.
3.Add ginger garlic paste and saute for few minute.
4.Add phool makhani and mix well.
5.Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder,garam masala powder,gongura paste,mix well till done.
6.Add some water and bring it to boil.Cook for few minutes and transfer into a bowl.Serve hot with rice and chapathi..!
