1.Yellow cucumber (Dosakaya)
2.Pesalu (Green gram dal)
3.Salt to taste
4.Coriander powder
5.Onion chopped
7.Cumin seeds
8.Garlic cloves
9.Coconut grated
11.Dry red chillies
12.Mustard seeds


1.Take a pan add cucumber pieces,pesalu and some water.Bring it to boil.
2.Take another pan pour 2 tbsp oil and heat it.
3.Add dry red chillies slitted and saute for a minute.
4.Add cumin and mustard seeds,garlic cloves and fry for 2 minutes.Off the stove and rest the mixture to cool.
5.Grind the mixture with coconut grated,tamarind into a smooth powder.
6.Take another and add 3 tbsp oil and heat it.Add onion chopped and saute for few minutes.
7.Add boiled cucumber mixture into pan and mix well.
8.Add grinded mixture,coriander powder,salt and mix well evenly.Transfer into a bowl.Garnish with coriander leaves.
