Ingredients:

1.Monng dal
2.Sugar
3.Cardamom
4.Dry Coconut powder
5.Oil
6.Ghee

Preparation:

1.Soak moong dal for 2 hours and drain the water,blend into a fine paste.
2.Heat some ghee in a pan,add moong dal paste,sugar in equal quantities and mix well.
3.Stir well till sugar melts evenly in the mixture.
4.Add dry coconut powder and stir well,make sure without forminh any lumps.
5.Sprinkle some cardamom,add some ghee and mix well.
6.Transfer the mixture onto a damp cloth and spread into a thick layer.Rest aside the mixture to cool down.
7.Once done cut the layer with the help of glass outer and coat with some dry coconut powder.
8.Drop them in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden colour and serve hot.
