Potato Murukulu

Ingredients:

1.Potatoes boiled 1 cup
2.Salt to taste
3.Green chillies paste 1 tbsp
4.Coconut grated 1 cup
5.Soya flour
6.Rice flour 1/2 cup
7.Oil for deep frying

Preparation:

1.Take a bowl add 1 cup coconut grated,1 cup soya flour,1/2 cup rice flour,1 tbsp green chilli paste,salt mix well all the ingredients evenly with water.
2.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
3.Prepare a stiff dough.Take a sev maker and place some dough in it and gently press in hot oil,deep fry.
4.Repeat the same process and deep fry till golden brown colour.
5.Transfer onto a paper napkin and drain excess oil.Serve hot..!!
