Ingredients:

1.Tamarind
2.Fish
3.Mustard seeds
4.Cumin seeds
5.Fenugreek seeds
6.Masala red chilli powder
7.Salt
8.Red chilli powder
9.Turmeric powder
10.Green chillies
11.Tomatoes
12.Onions
13.Garlic
14.Coriander seeds
15.Curry leaves
16.Coriander leaves
17.Oil

Preparation:

1.Heat some oil in a pan,add fenugreek seeds,mustard seeds,cumin seeds and saute ill they start spluttering.
2.Add onions and fry till nice golden colour,cook around 10-15 min.
3.Add curry leaves,green chillies,tomatoes and fry till tomatoes are tender.
4.Cover and cook for 15 min,Add masala red chilli powder,red chilli powder,salt,turmeric powder and mix well.
5.Remove tamarind juice and combine with fish pieces and mix well.
6.Add tamarind juice to frying pan,mix gently.Cover and cook on high flame for 10-15 min.
7.Cook till oil floats on top of pan,switch off the flame and serve hot with coriander leaves.
