Alasandala Senagapappu Fry

Ingredients:

1.Alasanda kayalu 1 cup
2.Chana dal 1/2 cup
3.Putnalu 1 cup
4.Red chilli powder
5.Oil 3+4 tbsp
6.Curry leaves
7.Dry coconut powder
8.Salt
9.Tempering seeds
10.Cashew nuts

Preparation:

1.Take a bowl add some water boil alasandalu,chana dal.Cover and cook for few minutes.
2.Meanwhile grind dry red chillies,dry coconut,putnalu,salt into a smooth powder.
3.Drain the alasandalu into a separate plate,keep aside.
4.Take a pan pour 3 tbsp oil and heat it.
5.Add tempering seeds,dry red chillies 3,curry leaves,cashew nuts and saute.
6.Add boiled chana dal,alasandalu,salt and mix well.Cook for few minutes.
7.Add red chilli powder and dry coconut powder and mix well evenly.
8.Cook for few minutes till done and transfer into a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot..!!!
