Pudina Masala Fish Fry

Ingredients:

1.Fish pieces
2.Pudina leaves
3.Coriander leaves
4.Green chillies
5.Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tbsp
6.Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
7.Ajinomoto a pinch
8.Curd 3 tbsp
9.Oil
10.Salt to taste

Preparation:

1.Grind pudina.coriander leaves and green chillies together ,prepare a thick paste.
2.Take a bowl add pudina paste,garam masala powder,ginger garlic paste,curd,ajinomoto,salt and mix well evenly.
3.Now dip the fish pieces in pudina paste and set them aside in a separate plate for 10 minutes.
4.Take a flat skillet or pan drizzle some oil and spread all over,now place the marinated fishes on pan and cook.
5.Fry on both the sides evenly till they change into brown colour.Keep turning and off the stove,serve hot..!!!
