1.Banglore Brinjals Grated 1 cup
2.Ghee 4 tbsp
3.Cashew nuts
5.Badam grated 1 cup
6.Sugar 1/2 cup


1.Take a pan pour some ghee and melt it.Fry the dry fruits and set aside.
2.In the same pan add 2 tbsp ghee,melt it.Add grated brinjal and saute for few minutes.
3.Cover and cook for few minutes till done.Keep stirring in between.
4.Add 1/2 cup sugar and mix well till sugar melts,add fried badam powder and give it a mix.
5.Keep stirring till all the ingredients mix evenly.Finally off the stove and transfer into a bowl,garnish with fried cashew nuts.
