Osmania Biscuits

Ingredients:

1.Maida
2.Icing Sugar
3.Custard powder
4.Corn flour
5.Milk powder
6.Salt
7.Salted butter
8.Biscuit ghee
9.Milk

Preparation:

1.Melt salted butter,biscuit ghee and combine both into a deep bowl.
2.Add icing sugar,custard powder,milk powder and mix well without any lumps.
3.Add corn flour and mix well without any lumps.Add some salt,maida and mix well,knead well till forms into a nice dough.
4.Spread the dough into a thick layer,cut them with designed moulds (stars,circles).
5.Place some sand in a pressure cooker and heat it.
6.Dissolve corn flour,icing sugar,custard powder in milk,dip the biscuits in milk mixture and place it on butter paper.
7.Finally place it in pre-heated pressure cooker and bake till biscuits are done on medium flame.Transfer into a serving plate and enjoy.
