Fish Garelu


1.Fish pieces boiled and devained the thorns
2.Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tbsp
3.Oil for deep frying
4.Turmeric powder a pinch
5.Red chilli powder
6.Cumin,fenugreek powder (Jeelakaramenthula powder) 1/2 tbsp
7.Coriander leaves
8.Corn flour
9.Salt to taste


1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Take a bowl add mashed fish mixture,ginger garlic paste,cumin/fenugreek powder,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,salt,coriander leaves,2 tbsp corn flour and mix well evenly.If need we can add some water.
3.Now prepare small dumplings from the mixture,grease some oil on plastic cover and press the dumpling into small vada shape.
4.Gently drop them in hot oil and deep fry on medium flame.Fry till golden brown and remove onto a paper napkin.Serve hot..!!!
