Carrot Halwa Kachodi

Ingredients:

1.Carrot grated 1 cup
2.Maida
3.Wheat flour
4.Ghee 2 tbsp
5.Kismis
6.Cashew nuts
7.Milk 1 cup
8.Kova 2 tbsp
9.Sugar

Preparation:

1.Take a bowl pour some water as we needed,bring it to boil.
2.Take another pan pour 2 tbsp ghee and fry carrot grated for few minutes.
3.Add 2 tbsp kova and mix well,add 1 cup milk and give it a mix.Bring it to boil.
4.Add 3 tbsp sugar and give it a mix.Keep stirring till it becomes thick.
5.Prepare a soft dough by adding maida,wheat flour,ghee,salt and sugar.Rest aside the dough for 10 minutes.
6.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
7.Remove the carrot mixture from the stove and rest the mixture to cool.
8.Prepare small balls from the mixture.Stuff the balls in dough and enclose it tightly.
9.Drop the prepared dumplings in hot water for few minutes,slowly drop them in hot oil and deep fry.
10.Deep fry till golden brown colour,transfer onto a paper napkin and serve hot...!!!!
