Pachi Royyalu Chintha Chiguru


1.Prawns 1 cup
2.Chintha chiguru
3.Onion chopped
4.Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
5.Red chilli powder 2 tbsp
6.Turmeric powder a pinch
7.Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
8.Salt to taste


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Add onion chopped and saute,add prawns and mix well,cook for few minutes.
3.Add red chilli powder,turmeric powder,salt and give it a mix.
4.Add some water as we needed and bring it to boil.
5.Add ginger garlic paste,garam masala powder and some water.Cover and cook for few minutes.
6.Add 1 cup crushed chintha chiguru and give it a fine mix.Cook for 2-3 minutes and off the stove.Transfer into a plate and serve hot...!!
