Ingredients:

1.Dry Coconut powder
2.Sugar
3.Cashew nuts/Badam 1 cup
4.Raw mango grated 1 cup
5.Oil
6.Salt to taste
7.Maida
8.Ghee 2 tbsp

Preparation:

1.Take a bowl pour 2 tbsp ghee,melt it.
2.Add rough;ly crushed cashews/badam and saute.
3.Add raw mango grated and saute for few minutes.
4.Add 1 cup coconut powder,sugar as we needed and mix well evenly.
5.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
6.Prepare a soft dough with maida by adding salt and water.
7.Roll them into chapathis.
8.Take a presser and place the chapathi,dry fruits stuff in it and close it hardly.Remove the excess dough from outside and keep aside.Repeat the same process.
9.Slowly drop them in hot oil and deep fry...fry till done by turning on both sides.Serve hot..!!!
