Ingredients:

1.Urad dal
2.Urad dal with skin
3.Pepper corns
4.Salt to taste
5.Oil for deep frying

Preparation:


1.Soak both lentils in water for about 2 hrs and blend along with salt,pepper corns into a coarse paste.
2.Transfer the mixture into a bowl,meanwhile heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
3.Prepare small vadas on a plastic cover by greasing some oil,slowly drop them in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden colour and crisp.Serve hot.
